Thinking of taking a break from your studies?

A gap year is not just time off — it’s a powerful opportunity to grow, explore the world, and discover who you are beyond the classroom.

When you volunteer with The Nasio Trust in Northwest Kenya, you’ll step into the heart of a community and play a real part in changing lives, including your own. Whether you’re helping children learn and play in our early childhood centres, serving warm, nutritious meals at the porridge kitchen, or building a safe, permanent home for a family in need, your work will have a lasting impact.

It’s a chance to learn, to give back, and to return home with a new perspective, inspired by the people you meet and the difference you’ve made.
